Exploring the mysteries of the human mind and sharing our discoveries with you.
Passionate about the mysteries of the human mind, I began in 2020 by exploring personal development, then psychology, before naturally becoming interested in neuroscience.
In 2024, I deepened my knowledge for pleasure and validated this learning with a certification in Neuroscience of Personal Excellence. This space now allows me to continue my research while sharing my discoveries with you.
What began as a personal quest transformed into a desire to share. I realized this knowledge could illuminate many other journeys.
I quickly noticed that in France, these subjects often remain unknown, rarely studied, or even taboo. Yet they touch on the essential: our functioning, our emotions, our choices, our blockages.
It then seemed obvious to open a space where we dare explore what disturbs, question what seems unclear, and make accessible knowledge that elsewhere is already better integrated.
Subconsia was born from this conviction: exploring the human mind is much richer together. We confront intuitions with scientific research, without unnecessary jargon.

In the complex field of psychology and neuroscience, I share content based on current research, while remaining aware that science constantly evolves. I've personally experimented with certain methods, particularly in the context of changing habits, which have borne fruit for me personally.
